    Maintenance

    ​​​​​​​​The employee must maintain the housing unit in a clean condition, comparable to its condition at the beginning of occupancy.


    • General Maintenance: The University Staff Housing Department coordinates with the Government Housing Department, which handles it according to agreements with Government Housing. Repairs must be prioritized by their degree of urgency.​

    • General Classification of Repairs:
      • Emergency
      • Normal


    • ​Emergency Repairs: These must be carried out as quickly as possible, generally within 24 hours. Examples include:
      • A serious electrical fault
      • Complete failure of the electrical system
      • Lack of water supply to the residence, or a water leak
